You may reschedule a private session with at least 48 hours’ written notice (email is acceptable).
If I need to reschedule or change your appointment, I’ll contact you directly to arrange a new time.
Please aim to be punctual. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
The session duration is fixed — late arrivals will not receive additional time.
Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If either you or I feel that a strong, meaningful connection has not been established within the first 10 minutes, the session may be ended, and a full refund will be issued at my discretion.

4.2 Workshops

No refunds are offered for workshop bookings under any circumstances.
If I need to reschedule or cancel a workshop, I’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or credit towards a future session.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and environment to participate.
A stable internet connection is required for online workshops. No refunds will be issued for individual technical issues.
Late arrivals may not be admitted depending on the schedule and are not entitled to a refund.

4.3 Private Tuition

No refunds are offered for private tuition under any circumstances.
If I need to reschedule or cancel a tuition session, I’ll contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date or offer a credit towards a future session.
You must ensure you have suitable technology, a stable internet connection, and a quiet environment to take part effectively.
Technical difficulties on your side do not qualify for refunds.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and are not eligible for additional time or refunds.

Services are not medical or professional advice. If you have serious concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
I make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading or teaching session.
